The third-place winner in the 2003 Tour de France is looking good climbing the Fillmore hill, but he said after the race, “that hill was almost too hard...” He’s joined on this climb of Fillmore by Chris Horner, the eventual winner of the race. On the right is USPS rider Pavel Pardnos, who is followed by Lance, but you can only see his arm in this picture.
